The electric drive EWA 52.6005, model number 12528.6005.3205, is designed for intermittent operation according to duty cycle S3–40%. It delivers a constant torque of 600 Nm at a speed of 4.4 rpm and operates on 400 V three-phase AC.

The integrated double worm gear is self-locking, enabling secure positioning without backdriving.
