This eliminates cable friction and guarantees a smooth operating path. The two-piece construction allows for retroactive installation on the drive shaft. The drum halves are secured with a hose clamp, while fixation on the shaft is carried out using a set screw. Made of impact-resistant plastic, the drum protects the cable and extends its lifespan. Suitable for cable diameters up to 3 mm.

This grooved cable drum ensures friction free, well-ordered winding and therefore a smooth movement of driving cable in shading systems .Two-halves model of the drum makes it possible to fasten it onto drive shaft subsequently. The two halves are connected quick and easy with U-bolt. To install the drum onto the drive shaft a headless screw is needed.The cable drum is made of high-impact resistant plastic, that is friendly to cables and therefore increases their durability. Installation requires an M8 x 70 bolt and one M8 Nyloc nut (not included).

Our vertical bearing shaft supports 1" allows to set the drive shaft as close as possible to the gable end. In such a construction the shading screens do not set against the truss , but lay either over( in suspended system) or below ( in lay- flat system) the square tube, covering the whole area up to the gable end. The dalay of screens is basically not needed.The drive shaft can easily and quickly be pre-assembled on the ground. So dangerous, time-consuming works underneath the roof can be avoided.The bearings are attached onto the square tubes and locked with locking screws. If needed, they can be moved
